Is There a Difference Between a Foil and Mylar Balloon?

When the terms foil balloon and Mylar balloon are used, they both normally mean the same thing.  At Bargain Balloons, we use the terms interchangeably.  We use the two terms on our website to describe all balloons other than Bubble Balloons and Latex Balloons.  Some examples are below.
