Poly curling ribbon is made out of polypropylene which will curl with the use of scissors or a knife. Gently glaze the ribbon over the scissor or knife. Try to be as gentle as possible so the ribbon does not break. Curling ribbon is typically used for balloon decorations and gift wrapping.
