My address is incorrect. How do I change it?

If the order was submitted with an incorrect address, please open a support ticket and a customer service agent will further assist with the address change. You may also contact us by phone as well at 1-866-330-1272 an agent may make the change on the phone if it has still not started processing.

Submitting a change request will change the status of your order to "On Hold". This is done to avoid the order from shipping out to the incorrect address. Once the order is at our customer service department, the agent assigned to your order will proceed with changing your address to the correct one provided by you. An email with confirmation will also be sent.

If the order has already been shipped out and is in transit, we cannot make the change directly. We will contact the courier company, and make every attempt to have the parcel rerouted to the correct address. Any address redirection can cause delays to your delivery. If the parcel redirection is not possible, we will attempt to have the parcel returned to us. Courier companies are not always willing to retrieve parcels. 

Please also be aware the address corrections while orders are in transit are subject to an additional charge as courier companies charge extra for changes after orders have departed from our warehouse.
