A Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) is a detailed outline of potential hazards when transporting, handling, storing, and/or working with certain chemicals. It includes information such as the effects on health from long and/or short-term exposure, fire, explosion, and reactivity.
An MSDS is required for insurance purposes in order to import/export certain products into specific countries.
