How do I apply Balloon Glow and Balloon Glow Pro?
1. Use a drop cloth to protect the floor from surface spray when treating balloons, and removing them.
2. Important: Adjust the spray applicator to the finest mist setting - the product will not apply to balloons properly if this step is not followed.
3. Point the applicator 12 inches from the balloon and apply one even coat in an up and down continuous motion. Resist over spraying, if dripping occurs too much has been applied. No buffing is needed.
For Balloon Glow Pro only: Balloons will reach their full shine and color
intensity in about 20 minutes. Tip: To extend the life of the trigger sprayer, periodically
remove the sprayer from the bottle and spray any remaining product back in the bottle, then flush
the sprayer straw with running water and spray a few times.
Yes, can restore the shine and prevent future oxidation on balloons that are already oxidized.
Balloons that have oxidized can be restored to a fresh state, we recommend treating balloons immediately after inflation. Balloons that have oxidized tend to require more product to restore than balloons that have not oxidized.
Oxidation is a chemical reaction that occurs when oxygen comes in contact with a substance. Oxidation results can be seen on latex balloons when colors fade and fogging occurs.
Note: Balloon Glow is sometimes referred to as “Balloon Glow Original” since the inception of Balloon Glow Pro.
Balloon Glow wasn't originally intended to be sold. The product was developed by professional balloon decorator and entrepreneur DW Greenhoward more than 10 years ago as an effective way to polish and protect his clients' balloon sculptures from oxidation that wouldn't be costly or time-consuming. Balloon Glow was informally introduced at the World Balloon Convention in Dallas, Texas, and made available to the public for purchase in 2012.
