Stuffing balloons are often referred to as neck-up balloons. The print is displayed upside down, as this balloon is designed in reverse from the neck-down balloons. Stuffing balloons are meant to be stuffed and filled with objects (ex. teddy bears, toys, balloons, etc). These balloons should not be handled like typical latex balloons.
