Air Bubble Balloons are made of latex-free, stretchy plastic and are only available with a print. These Bubble Balloons do not have a self-sealing valve; therefore, heat sealing is required when using this product.
Air Bubble Balloons can be stuffed, but it is not recommended because they are only available with print and without a self-sealing valve.
These balloons are only available in 12-inch sizes and do not float when filled with helium. Using a hand pump for inflation provides the best results.
