Double Bubble Balloons are made of latex-free stretchy plastic and have a second foil balloon inside the first one. Bubble Balloons have two self-sealing valves and can not be stuffed with other balloons. These balloons are available in various sizes with printed/unprinted combinations on the outer and inner balloons.
