Display pennants are 6-inch by 18-inch triangle flaps on a 100-foot line with 80 pennants per line. They are meant to be used with 5.5-foot and 8-foot Cloudbuster balloons only.
Any additional weight between the ground and the balloon (ribbon, line, pennants, etc) will reduce float times. This is why pennant lines are not recommended for 4-foot Cloudbuster balloons, however, the line can be cut a shorter length to accommodate. A heavy nylon tether line #91247 is also available and designed for all sizes of Cloudbuster balloons.
