Can I place an order for a product that is sold out?

If a product says it is sold out on our website, it cannot be added to your shopping cart. Please place your order online with a note in the comment box to add the sold-out product(s), along with the date you need your order. You will find the comment box on the final page of the checkout.
"Please add _____ pieces of ______ (include product code) to my order. I understand you do not have stock. I will wait until the product is back in stock. I need my order by______."

The comment box online will look like this.

Once the changes have been made, you will receive an email with a link to pay for the additional charges. You can click the link and pay for it. 

We will contact you if there are any concerns regarding your order. If the only product you need is sold out, you will not be able to create an order. You can open a support ticket with your billing and shipping information, and we will create the order for you.
