Double Stuffing to make Pastel Colored Latex Balloons

Modified on Tue, 6 May at 12:13 PM

Standard Stuffing

Unique shades of colors can be created by putting two different shades of balloons inside each other– this is called double stuffing.

Standard colors combined with other colors can be used to create pastel colors or other unique-toned colors (ex. purple, yellow, pink, green stuffed into white), and 11-inch colored balloons can be stuffed into 16-inch white balloons. This can be done by using a stick or the extension pole from a Slide-N-Size balloon sizer (if applicable).

Unique Stuffing

Balloons can also be stuffed into different colored balloons for unique color creations. Some color combinations include stuffing standard colors into an ivory silk balloon to create warm pastel colors. Pastel lilac can be created by stuffing pale blue inside a pink balloon. If you put a grey balloon inside a pale blue balloon, before stuffing it into a pink balloon, it will add more depth.

We suggest experimenting with stuffing different color combinations to see what fun creations you come up with!
