Product showed a restock date and now it does not or the date changed?

Restock dates are based on information provided by the manufacturer. Dates can change for the following reasons:

  • If the restock date passes and we have not received the stock– the message will change to “Restock Date Chat/Email Call” until we can update the date. The change does not mean the stock will take longer to arrive.
  • We received an update from the manufacturer that required us to change the date.
  • The inventory arrived as expected but quickly sold out again.
  • The shipment with the product is arriving late.

Please open a support ticket to look into the restock date of other products.
