When will you send a tracking number?

All tracking details are sent to the email used when placing the order online. You can also track your order directly on our website by logging into your account and clicking on your order number. It will show you the status of the order and any tracking numbers available. 


Ground Orders may take 1-3 business days to process before shipping out depending on the current volume of orders. Next Business day/2 Business day express orders placed before 4:30PM EST on a business day are processed and shipped the same day. Orders are processed and shipped during operating hours from Monday to Friday, holidays may affect shipping times.

If you still cannot find any tracking information, please open a support ticket, live chat, or call us at 1-866-330-1272 and a customer service agent will further assist.
