If you do not recognize a charge on your credit card, open a support ticket, live chat, or call us at 1-866-330-1272. Please provide us with as much information as possible including your name, order number, and the email address you used to place your order. Please allow us at least one business day to investigate before initiating a charge back with your bank. Banks charge us a fee for each charge back and we would like to avoid a fee. Once we finish our investigation, we will explain the reason for the charge or refund your credit card.
