How to return products or an order to Bargain Balloons
1. Please open a support ticket and include your order number and the list of products you would like to return. This must be done within 30 days from the ship date.
2. Products being returned must be in saleable condition. If you return products that are not in a saleable condition, you will not be refunded. We do not accept any used or open bags of accessories, latex, weights, or opened packages of balloons.
5. You will receive a full refund for the cost of the products being returned, however, we will not refund shipping costs because the courier has already been paid the cost of shipping.
6. Please be aware that because of Covid-19 and limited staff, returns can take at least 30 days to process from when we received your order.
If you need to return items past the 30 days from the date your order was shipped, please let us know which products you wish to return and wait for our authorization. We generally accept items we continue to sell even though it is after our return policy date– with one exception. Latex balloons have a shelf life or an expiration date, so in order to keep our inventory fresh for all our customers, Bargain Balloons does not accept latex balloons that are returned past the 30 days from the shipping date.
If you return products that were shipped out more than 30 days ago without a return authorization– Bargain Balloons reserve the right not to refund these items and we will not ship the products back to you.
Please Note: All returns are processed at the Bargain Balloons Head Office and warehouse, located in Ontario, Canada.
Unfortunately, Bargain Balloons does not do exchanges. All returns and new purchases are processed as separate transactions. If you want to exchange a product that has already been shipped out, you will have to begin the return process. Then, you will have to place a new order for the product you actually need.
