The Snap-On Flex-Tilt™ Valve Outlet is operated manually. Both latex and foil balloons can be inflated with the Snap-On Flex-Tilt™ Valve. It is best to inflate foil balloons slowly, and remove them while there are still wrinkles on the seam. Once the balloon neck is securely over the valve, press forward to release the helium. Use with Conwin’s 10ft Extension Hose Inflator, and Digital Inflator 10ft Extension Hose. This outlet is great for inflating latex balloons coated with HI-FLOAT®. Balloons do not have to be in an upright position during inflation.
