We are unable to cancel an order that has already shipped. The order would have to be returned back to us if this occurs. Please see our return policy and instructions.
If your order has not shipped, please open a support ticket to make the cancellation request. Please provide us the order number and details in your ticket request. A customer service agent will be assigned to your order and make the requested changes.
Submitting a change request will change the status of your order to "On Hold". This is done to avoid the order from shipping out to make the cancellation. Once the cancellation has been made, the transaction will be voided or refunded. A confirmation email will also be sent.
Please allow 3-5 business days for the voided transaction or refund to be processed.
