The Quickie Clipper Tool, made by Qualatex, is a device used specifically with Quickie Clips Strips to seal latex balloons.
This tool can be only be used with Quickie Clips which are only available in 100 counts standard size. The Quickie Clipper can be attached to a table, counter, or gas canister.
How to Use the Quickie Clipper
- Insert Quickie Clips Strips into the Quickie Clipper and place the neck of a latex balloon into the correct slot.
- Pull down on both sides of the balloon, until the Quickie Clip is latched onto the balloon neck.
