What does misrouted parcel mean?

Modified on Wed, 1 May at 3:26 PM

A "Misrouted" parcel means that parcels are delayed. Below is an example of a message you might see when tracking a misrouted parcel.

"A PROCESSING ERROR AT DESTINATION CAUSED THIS DELAY; THE PACKAGE WAS MISROUTED AT THE HUB. IT HAS BEEN REROUTED TO THE CORRECT DESTINATION SITE."

The message alert means the parcel is on the wrong route and the courier company will re-sort the parcel and deliver it to the correct location. This issue can take 1-2 business days to resolve.

Please contact our customer service team if there are any concerns with regards to your order placed. Our team will directly get in contact with the courier and resolve the issue in a timely manner. Please open a support ticket through the website or send us a direct email, an agent will get back to you as soon as possible during our operating hours.
