Are All Self Sealing Valves Found in the Tail of the Balloon?

Modified on Wed, 27 Nov, 2019 at 12:13 PM

Balloons with self-sealing valves usually have the valve in the tail of the balloon. However, the valve may also be located elsewhere on the balloon. This will require you to look carefully for it. There will normally be a round hole cut into the balloon where the valve is located. You can also run your hand around the balloon to feel for the valve. If the balloon is lying on a flat surface, you may be able to see the outline of the valve. The direction of the valve will point toward the opening of the seal. If you cannot find the self-sealing valve, open a support ticket and we will inform you of where the valve is located.
