If you have browsed our twisting latex balloon selection online, you may have come across both the M160 and T160 twisting balloons by Decomex. While they sound close, there is one key difference that often causes confusion: their diameter.
The T160 is the standard twisting balloon that most balloon artists know and use commonly. It inflates to 1 inch in diameter and 60 inches in length, which gives it the name 160 (1" x 60").
The M160, on the other hand, is slightly wider. It inflates to 1.5 inches in diameter and 60 inches in length. The extra half inch may seem small, however, it makes the balloon noticeably thicker, which can affect the appearance and the handling of the twisting.
