Bubble Balloons are made by Qualatex, and every Bubble Balloon package contains a moisture pack. This moisture pack helps stop the balloon from drying out. Bubble Balloons need to be slightly moist when inflated. If you open a Bubble Balloon package and decide not to inflate the balloon, put the balloon back in the package with the moisture pack and seal the package tightly.
Although moisture packs are non-toxic, they should be discarded after the balloon is inflated. Do not use the moisture pack for any other purpose.
