Using Tilt and Push Nozzles

Modified on Mon, 5 May at 1:33 PM

Tilt Nozzle Inflators: To use a tilt nozzle inflator, place the balloon over the nozzle and bend (tilt) the nozzle (see example below). The helium will flow from the nozzle into the balloon. When the balloon is full or at a desired size, release the nozzle, and the gas will stop flowing. Some tilt nozzles may only work in one direction. Others may work in all, or more than one direction.

Push Nozzle Inflators: Place the balloon over the nozzle and then push or depress the nozzle to release the gas (see example below). When the balloon is fully inflated or at a desired size, you can release the nozzle to stop the gas from flowing.
