The Snap-On 60/40 Helium/Air Outlet, snaps onto the 10 ft. Extension Hose Inflator. This inflates 11 inch and larger latex balloons. The snap on 60/40 Helium/Air Outlet, provides a mixture of 60 percent helium and 40 percent air. This lowers helium costs up to 40 percent. Place the neck of a latex balloon over the outlet, and press downward until the balloon is at a desired size. Two holes are located on each side of the outlet, which pulls air into the balloon and mixes it with helium. By covering the air holes, the outlet can also inflate balloons with 100 percent helium. In order to achieve maximum float times, Conwin recommends using Ultra Hi-Float on 11 inch balloons.
