My state or province is incorrect. What can I do?

Our shipping team uses a software the detects when addresses are invalid and do not match. If an address does not match the zip code, province or state provided on the invoice, they will hand the order to the customer service department. 

The order will not be shipped out if the address provided is invalid until you have confirmed the full address is correct. This is to avoid any delays or complications happening with the courier while the order is in transit. 

Our customer service team will contact you by either phone, email or both to confirm the shipping address you have provided. Once confirmed, the order will get shipped out using the shipping method selected.
