To place an 18-inch foil balloon inside of a Deco Bubble balloon, roll the foil balloon vertically as tight as possible and insert it into the Deco Bubble Balloon with the neck hanging down. If the foil balloon is not going in all the way, pull it from the inside and slide it along. The foil balloon should be smaller than the bubble balloon so that the foil balloon has enough space to inflate.
Begin by slowly inflating the foil balloon with enough space for it to unfold inside of the Bubble Balloon. Then fully inflate the Bubble Balloon, while making sure to hold onto the neck of the foil balloon. The foil balloon can now be fully inflated after the Bubble Balloon is inflated.
Balloons can be sealed by tightly twisting the necks, and wrapping a 160 or 260-twisting balloon around both balloon necks to create a knot. Any size foil balloon can be used, as long as it is smaller in length and width than the Bubble Balloon.
