I did not Receive A Confirmation Email

A confirmation email is sent immediately after an order is placed online. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please follow these steps:

  1. Make sure the order is processed. To check if your order has been processed– go back to our website and check if your shopping cart is empty. If your order is still in the shopping cart, then your order did not complete. You may have entered the credit card number wrong or thought you were at the final checkout page. You should reach the final checkout page with a confirmation number and a copy of your order on the screen.
  2. If the shopping cart is empty, check your spam, promotional, or junk mail to make sure your confirmation email did not end up somewhere other than your inbox.
  3. You may also check your online banking app to see if the transaction has been processed.
  4. If you still did not find a copy of your confirmation email, it is likely the email address was misspelled when you placed your order. Open a support ticket , call us at 1-866-330-1272, or live chat with us. Provide us with as much information as possible. Please include your email address, name on the order, phone number used, confirmation number if available. We will locate the order, and send you a new confirmation email.
