I Have a Duplicate Charge on My Credit Card

If there is a duplicate charge on your credit card, please open a support ticket or call us at 1-866-330-1272 and a customer service agent will investigate your concern.

Please provide as much information as possible including:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • The email address you used to place your order. 
  • Any other additional information that can help with the investigation.

Please be aware that our payment system has changed to authorized payments, this means the payment submitted at checkout is an authorized transaction and not an actual charge yet. All payments are charged once the order is fulfilled and shipped out.

Depending on your credit card company, they will typically update your statement every 3-5 business days to have the correct charges made.

If you still see any duplicate charges after we have investigated, please contact your bank to get more details as we do not have access to personal information and transactions made.
