I Have a Duplicate Charge on My Credit Card

If there is a duplicate charge on your credit card, open a support ticket or call us at 1-866-330-1272. 

Please provide as much information as possible including:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • The email address you used to place your order. 

Please allow us one business day to investigate a duplicate charge, before initiating a chargeback with your bank. If we made an error, we will refund you once we finish our investigation. Otherwise, we will ask that you call your bank to resolve the issue.
