Is my card automatically charged if I request a change?

No, once our customer service team makes your requested change, a separate email is sent with confirmation and a payment link. The payment link should be at the bottom of the email with a button that says "Pay now".

Please be aware that orders will not ship out until the outstanding amount has been paid. Please try making the payment as soon as possible after the change has been made to avoid any delays with shipping the order.
