Bargain Balloons does its absolute best to ship orders out as soon as possible, ground orders may take 1-3 days to process depending on the current volume of orders. Please always include the date you require the order by in the notes section at checkout. This allows us to process the order accordingly to arrive by your requested date assuming no delays with the courier. See article How to Add a Note to an Order for more details.
In a case where it cannot arrive by the date mentioned in the notes, a customer service agent will get in contact with you to inform you and provide you with available options to upgrade the shipping service to receive your order by the date needed.
If you are concerned about your order please open a support ticket and a customer service agent will look into it for you.
