How can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?

Adding or Removing Items


You may request to make changes to the order if it still has not shipped out. Please open a support ticket or send us an email to . Please provide the product codes and quantities of the items you would like to add or remove.


After you submit your request, a customer service agent will be assigned to your ticket and confirm once changes have been made.

Please note: Any change requests might delay the shipping time of your order.


If your order has been shipped out and is in transit, we cannot make the changes requested. You may return items back to us if they are no longer needed, please read our return policy and instructions for more information.

If you need more items, you may place a new order and a new shipping fee will be applied.

Please note: Address corrections made when orders are in transit are not guaranteed. Couriers may not be able to complete the address change and the order may still be delivered to the address provided at checkout.
