If your order was shipped with USPS and you want to return it, you may mark the order as "Return to Sender". The post office will return the order to our NY mailing address free of charge. Please see our return policy for further information.
If your order was shipped with FedEx or UPS or any other courier, you will not be able to do this. Please open a support ticket if you need to return your order and we will provide you with further instructions.
