My Customer Portal Password is not Working

Please try the following before you open a support ticket. 

  • Check if you are using the same email address entered when you placed your order.
  • Your password is case-sensitive. If you have trouble logging in, copy and paste the password we sent you in the email you received when you placed your order. Make sure you are not copying any extra spaces. You may change your password once logged in.
  • You may not be entering the correct password. Try retrieving your password here.
